TITAN Series 300 & 500

The Crane Boss TITAN System is simple to operate. The transmitter unit incorporates large, easily operated control pushbuttons for each motion. The "enable" button is depressed to sound a warning signal and energizes the equipment. All function control pushbuttons return to neutral (dead man action) when released, and motion stops. Fail-safe features are used throughout the circuitry. Equipment motion stops (brakes set) in case of malfunction. Robinson's experience with supplying radio/remote controls since 1959 assures the Crane Boss TITAN System integrity and reliability. The System has an unsurpassed warranty.

Titan Overhead Crane Controls

TITAN Series 1100, 1200 & 1300

The TITAN 1100/1200/1300 Series is designed for simple, single speed Hoists, Monorails, and cranes. The lightweight and compact transmitters easily fit in your hand or tie to your belt loop. The transmitter has a “status” LED, notifying the operator when the batteries are low. The receiving unit is pre-wired with a 6 foot control cable, allowing for a quick installation. The receiving unit also incorporates LED’s that light through the enclosure, allowing for visual feedback of the relay operation.

Overhead Crane Remote Controls

TITAN Series 2000

The TITAN 2000 was designed to operate the most common cranes being built today; 3-motion (Bridge/Trolley/Hoist), 2-step cranes utilizing VFD’s and/or reversing contactors. The TITAN 2000 remote control system even incorporates two “selector” pushbuttons typically used for selecting between two Trolley/Hoists. Also included on the transmitter are two red LED’s, allowing the operator to visibly know which Hoist is selected. The receiving unit has an optional pre-wired, 6 foot control cable available, reducing installation time.
